Electro-pneumatic boost systems are designed to meet the actual needs of customers, integrating pneumatic liquid boost pumps and various components within a tubular frame or enclosed box, offering a compact structure and ease of use. Control instruments, electronic components, high and low-pressure gauges, high-pressure valves, and pressure regulators are all mounted on the panel. Simply connect the drive air source, pre-boost fluid, and high-pressure output. Power up, set the output pressure value on the panel control instrument, and click the start button. The equipment automatically stops when the output end reaches the set pressure, and resumes operation automatically when the pressure drops.
Equipment Technical Specifications and Composition

4. DK Pneumatic Liquid Pressure Booster: Utilizes a single-gas-controlled unbalanced gas balancing valve to achieve the pump's automatic reciprocating motion. The pneumatic drive part of the pump is entirely made of aluminum alloy, with the aluminum alloy components treated with oxidation to achieve a black finish, ensuring the product's aesthetic appearance and resistance to rust. All the pump's sealing components are imported high-quality products, thereby guaranteeing the pump's performance. The default drive piston diameter is 160mm or 200mm.
5. Equipment Composition: Primarily consists of the housing, pneumatic liquid booster pump, and pipeline console, including driving air pressure gauge, high-pressure output gauge, driving air switch, and high-pressure output switch.

7. Brief Operation Steps for Equipment: Electric Control: Connect the device to the air compressor → Turn on the drive air switch → Set the output end pressure → Click the start button (experiment begins) → Increase pressure to the desired level → Close the regulating valve (start holding pressure) → Once holding pressure is complete, open the pressure relief valve, and turn off the drive air switch → Disconnect power and leave the scene (test complete).

An air-powered hydraulic booster pump is a plunger pump that operates by rapidly reciprocating. As the output pressure approaches the set pressure value, the pump's reciprocating speed slows down until it stops. The booster pump maintains a constant output pressure, with the lowest energy consumption and all components cease movement.
Manual pneumatic liquid booster features:

6. Auto-pressure Maintenance: In case the pressure in the pressure-holding circuit drops due to any reason, the Jinan Deko pneumatic liquid booster pump will automatically activate, replenish the leakage pressure, and maintain a constant circuit pressure.
7. Output pressure is infinitely adjustable, with manual control over the pressure stages at the output end.
