The electro-pneumatic boost system is designed according to the customer's actual needs, integrating the pneumatic liquid booster pump and its components within a tubular frame or enclosed box, offering a compact structure and ease of use. Control gauges, electronic components, high and low pressure gauges, high-pressure valves, and pressure regulators are all mounted on the panel. Simply connect the drive air source, pre-boosted liquid, and high-pressure output. Power on, set the output pressure value on the panel control gauge, and click the start button. The equipment automatically stops when the output end reaches the set pressure, and resumes operation when the pressure drops.

Brief Steps for Equipment Operation: Electric Control: Connect the equipment to the air compressor → Turn on the drive air switch → Set the output pressure → Click the start button (experiment begins) → Increase pressure to the desired level → Close the shutoff valve (start pressure holding) → After pressure holding is complete, open the relief valve, turn off the drive air switch → Disconnect power and leave the site (test complete).

An air-driven liquid booster pump is a plunger pump that operates by rapidly reciprocating.
