Electro-pneumatic boost systems are designed according to the actual needs of the customer, integrating pneumatic liquid boost pumps and various components within a tubular frame or enclosed box. They feature a compact structure and are easy to use. Control instruments, electronic components, high and low-pressure gauges, high-pressure valves, and pressure regulators are all mounted on the panel. Simply connect the drive air source, pre-boosted liquid, and high-pressure output. Power on, set the output pressure value on the panel control instrument, and click the start button. The equipment will automatically stop when the output end reaches the set pressure, and will resume operation automatically when the pressure drops.

4. DK Pneumatic Liquid Pressure Booster: Utilizes a single-air-controlled unbalanced gas balanced gas distribution valve to achieve the pump's automatic reciprocating motion. The pump body's pneumatic part is entirely made of aluminum alloy, with the aluminum alloy components processed and anodized to black, ensuring the product's aesthetic appearance and rust-free performance. The complete set of pump seals are imported high-quality products, thereby guaranteeing the pump's performance. The default drive piston diameter is 160mm or 200mm.

Brief Operation Steps for Equipment: Electric Control: Connect the equipment to the air compressor → Turn on the drive air switch → Set the output end pressure → Click the start button (experiment begins) → Increase pressure to the required level → Close the cutoff valve (start holding pressure) → Open the relief valve, close the drive air switch → Disconnect power and leave the scene (test complete).

An air-driven liquid booster pump is a plunger pump that operates by rapidly reciprocating. As the output pressure approaches the set pressure value, the pump's reciprocating speed slows down until it stops. The booster pump maintains a constant output pressure with the lowest energy consumption, and all components cease movement.
