Complete electrical control system, digital display for output pressure, set upper and lower limits, and pressure holding time:

Compared to the previous pneumatic pressure boost unit, this electrically controlled gas power unit configures electronic components based on the site conditions. It can display input and output pressure media on a digital gauge with accuracy up to 0.01 Mpa. Set the upper and lower output pressure limits and hold time. The boost pump will boost the pure gas after pressure boosting to the testing component. When the upper pressure limit is reached, the boost pump stops working and starts hold-time counting. During the hold period, as long as the output pressure does not drop below the lower limit, it proves the test is合格. The buzzer will alarm, and the unloading can be done. If a leak occurs during the hold period, the pressure value drops below the lower limit, the boost pump starts to replenish pressure, and boosts the pressure back to the upper limit. At this point, the equipment can be turned off to check for leaks.

Electro-pneumatic gas pressure booster unit for both pneumatic and electric control systems, connects to the drive gas inlet, the pressurized gas inlet, and the pressurized gas outlet to operate; set the upper and lower limits of the output parameters and the pressure holding time, and you can infinitely control the pressure of the pressurized gas without adjusting the drive gas source pressure. It can fill with clean gases, special gases, etc., and is a complete pneumatic gas pressure booster unit, ready to use once components are connected. The maximum working pressure reaches 14500 psi. The pneumatic gas pressure booster unit is suitable for various pressure tests and provides a stable power source for workholding fixtures. It includes a three-way pressure regulating valve, which features a combination filter and water separator, a pressure regulator, a pressure gauge, allowing direct control of the maximum output pressure limit.

The Deko supercharger requires compressed air to drive and generate pressure. It can be connected to the existing compressed air pipeline system on-site and powered on with AC220V.
