Compared to the previous pneumatic pressure boost unit, this electro-controlled gas power unit configures electronic components based on the on-site operating conditions. It can display input/output pressure media on a digital gauge with accuracy up to 0.01 Mpa. Set the upper and lower output pressure limits and hold-time. The booster pump boosts the pure gas to the test piece. When the upper pressure limit is reached, the booster pump stops working and hold-time counting begins. During the hold period, as long as the output pressure does not drop to the lower limit, it proves the test is qualified. The buzzer sounds an alarm, and unloading is required. If a leak occurs during the hold period, and the pressure falls below the lower limit, the booster pump starts to replenish pressure, boosting it back to the upper limit. At this point, the equipment can be turned off to check for leaks.

Compared to manual supercharger units and single-chamber superchargers, this machine boasts lower noise, higher control precision, reduced personnel involvement, lower initial investment costs, accurate output pressure, and lower energy consumption, thereby saving energy.
Easy to install and use:
Electro-pneumatic gas pressure boosting unit serves for both pneumatic and electric control systems, connecting to the drive gas inlet, boosted gas inlet, and the boosted gas outlet to operate; it can set the upper and lower output parameters and pressure holding time, allowing for stepless pressure control of the boosted gas without adjusting the drive gas source pressure. It can be filled with pure gases, special gases, etc., making it a complete pneumatic gas pressure boosting unit that only requires connection of the components. The maximum working pressure reaches 14,500 psi. The pneumatic gas pressure boosting unit is suitable for various pressure tests and providing a stable power source for workholding fixtures. It includes a three-way pressure regulating valve, which features a combination filter and water separator, a pressure regulator, a pressure gauge, enabling direct control of the maximum output pressure limit.
The Deke supercharger only requires compressed air to drive and generate pressure. It can be connected to the existing compressed air pipeline system on-site and powered on with AC220V.
