Comprehensive electrical control system, featuring digital display for output pressure, setting upper and lower limits, and pressure holding time.

Compared to the previous pneumatic pressure boosting unit, this electrically controlled gas power unit configures electronic components based on the on-site conditions. It can display the input and output pressure media on a digital gauge with an accuracy of up to 0.01 Mpa. It allows setting the upper and lower limits of the output pressure and the hold time. The booster pump boosts the purified gas to the testing component. When the upper pressure limit is reached, the booster pump stops, and the hold time is counted. During the hold time, as long as the output pressure does not drop to the lower limit, it proves the test is passed. An alarm buzzer sounds, and unloading can be performed. If a leak occurs during the hold time, the pressure drops below the lower limit, the booster pump starts to replenish pressure, and boosts the pressure back to the upper limit. At this point, the equipment can be turned off to check for leaks.

Easy to install and use:

Electro-pneumatic gas booster units are designed for dual control systems, pneumatic and electric, connecting to the drive air inlet, boosted gas inlet, and boosted gas outlet, ready to operate; they can set the upper and lower limits of the output parameters and pressure holding time, allowing for variable control of the boosted gas pressure without adjusting the drive air source pressure. They can be filled with pure gases, special gas media, etc., making them a complete pneumatic gas booster unit that only requires connection of components. The maximum working pressure reaches 14,500 psi. These pneumatic gas booster units are suitable for various pressure tests and providing a stable power source for workholding fixtures. They include a triple-body pressure regulator, featuring a combination filter and water separator, a pressure regulator, a pressure gauge, allowing direct control of the upper limit of the maximum output pressure.

The Deko supercharger only requires compressed air to generate pressure. It can be connected to the existing compressed air pipeline system on-site and powered on with AC220V.
