Compared to the previous pneumatic pressure booster unit, this electro-controlled gas power unit configures electronic components based on the on-site conditions. It can display input and output pressure media on a digital gauge with an accuracy of up to 0.01 Mpa. It sets the upper and lower limits of output pressure and the holding time. The booster pump then increases the pressure of the purified gas to the test piece. When the upper pressure limit is reached, the booster pump is controlled to stop working and the holding time is counted. During the holding period, as long as the output pressure does not drop to the lower limit, it is proven to be qualified. An alarm sounds, and unloading can be performed. If a leak occurs during the holding period and the pressure falls below the lower limit, the booster pump starts to replenish pressure, bringing the pressure back to the upper limit. At this point, the equipment can be turned off to check for leaks.

The pneumatic gas pressure boosting unit is suitable for various pressure tests and provides a stable power source for workholding fixtures. It includes a triple combination pressure regulating valve, featuring a filter and separator, pressure regulator, and gauge, allowing direct control of the output's maximum pressure limit.
The Deko supercharger requires compressed air to drive and produce pressure. It can be connected to the existing compressed air pipeline system on-site and powered on with an AC220V power supply.
