Comprehensive electrical control system, featuring digital display for output pressure, setting upper and lower limits, and pressure holding time.

Compared to the previous pneumatic pressure booster unit, this electro-controlled gas power unit configures electronic components based on the on-site working conditions. It can display the input/output pressure medium on a digital gauge with an accuracy of up to 0.01 Mpa. Set the upper and lower output pressure limits and hold time. The booster pump will boost the pure gas to the testing component. When the upper pressure limit is reached, the booster pump will stop operating and start a hold-time timer. During the hold time, as long as the output pressure does not drop to the lower limit, it indicates the test is passed. An alarm buzzer will sound, and unloading can be performed. If a leak occurs during the hold time, and the pressure drops below the lower limit, the booster pump will start to replenish pressure, bringing the pressure back up to the upper limit. At this point, the equipment can be turned off to check for leaks.

Compared to manual supercharger units and single supercharger pumps, this model boasts lower noise, higher control precision, reduced need for manual operation, lower cost of investment, accurate output pressure, and lower energy consumption, thereby saving energy.


Easy to install and use:

Electro-pneumatic gas pressure boosting units are designed for both pneumatic and electric control systems, connecting to the drive gas inlet, the boosted gas inlet, and the boosted gas outlet to operate; by setting the upper and lower output parameters and pressure holding time, the pressure of the boosted gas can be infinitely controlled without adjusting the drive gas source pressure. They can be filled with pure gases, special gases, etc., making them a complete pneumatic gas pressure boosting unit that only requires connection of components. The maximum working pressure can reach 14,500 psi. These pneumatic gas pressure boosting units are suitable for various pressure tests and providing a stable power source for workholding fixtures. They include a triple valve pressure regulator, which consists of a combination filter and water separator, a pressure regulator, and a pressure gauge, allowing direct control of the maximum output pressure limit.

The Deko supercharger requires compressed air to drive and can produce pressure. It can be connected to the existing compressed air pipeline system on-site and powered on with AC220V.
