Comprehensive electrical control system, featuring digital display for output pressure, setting upper and lower limits, and pressure holding time.
Compared to the previous pneumatic pressure boosting unit, this electro-controlled gas power unit configures electronic components based on the on-site operating conditions. It can display input/output pressure media on a digital gauge with accuracy up to 0.01 Mpa. It allows setting the output pressure upper and lower limits and the hold time. The boost pump then boosts the pure gas to the test piece. When the upper pressure limit is reached, the boost pump stops working and a hold time countdown begins. During the hold time, as long as the output pressure does not drop below the lower limit, the test is deemed pass, and the buzzer sounds. Unloading is then required. If a leak occurs during the hold time, the pressure drops below the lower limit, the boost pump starts to replenish pressure, bringing it back to the upper limit. At this point, the equipment can be turned off to check for leaks.

Easy to install and use:
Electro-pneumatic gas pressure booster unit serves both pneumatic and electric control systems, connects to the drive air inlet, pressurized gas inlet, and the pressurized gas outlet, ready to operate; set the upper and lower limits of the output parameters and pressure holding time, and you can infinitely control the pressure of the pressurized gas without adjusting the drive air source pressure. It can be filled with pure gases, special gases, etc., making it a complete pneumatic gas pressure booster unit that requires only connection of components. The maximum working pressure reaches 14500psi. The pneumatic gas pressure booster unit is suitable for various pressure tests and providing a stable power source for workholding fixtures. It includes a triple valve pressure regulator, which consists of a combination filter and water separator, a pressure regulator, and a pressure gauge. Through this, you can directly control the upper limit of the maximum output pressure.
The Deke supercharger only requires compressed air to drive and generate pressure. It can be connected to the existing compressed air pipeline system on-site and operates with an AC220V power supply.
