Nitrogen gas springs may experience a gradual decrease in internal pressure over long-term use, which can affect their normal operation. To address this, our company offers a compact nitrogen gas spring refilling unit that quickly replenishes the pressure in under-pressure nitrogen gas springs. The equipment features an open structure for easy operation and mobility, and is equipped with imported nitrogen gas spring connectors to form a quick inflation unit, catering to various nitrogen gas spring inflation requirements.

Nitrogen gas springs require filling pressures of 13MPa or more. Directly filling from nitrogen cylinders is no longer feasible. Jinan Deko utilizes a nitrogen pressure booster pump to easily fill nitrogen gas springs, with a maximum pressure reaching up to 32MPa. The device is simple to operate and maintain, making it an ideal choice for nitrogen filling equipment.

1. The high-flow nitrogen spring charging unit includes a DTD40 nitrogen booster pump (all with imported seals), a two-way pressure regulating valve, an air switch, pressure gauges for both inlet and outlet, high-pressure valves, and Swiss进口 nitrogen quick connectors.

2. Drive air pressure: 0.2-0.8 MPa, inlet pressure: 1.5-15 MPa; outlet pressure: 0-32 MPa
