Nitrogen gas springs may experience a gradual decrease in internal pressure over long-term use, which can affect their normal operation. To address this, our company offers a compact nitrogen gas spring refilling unit that can quickly replenish the pressure in under-pressure nitrogen gas springs. The equipment features an open structure for easy operation and mobility based on the spring's location. It comes with imported nitrogen gas spring connectors, allowing for the assembly of a quick inflation unit to meet various nitrogen gas spring inflation requirements.

Nitrogen gas springs require filling pressure of over 13MPa, which cannot be achieved by simply using nitrogen cylinders. Jinan Deko employs a nitrogen booster pump to effortlessly fill nitrogen gas springs, with the maximum pressure reaching up to 32MPa. The unit is easy to operate and maintain, making it an ideal choice for nitrogen filling equipment.

1. The high-flow nitrogen spring filling unit includes a DTD40 nitrogen booster pump (all with imported seals), a two-way pressure regulating valve, a driving gas switch, an inlet and outlet pressure gauge, high-pressure valves, and Swiss imported quick connect nitrogen fittings.

Features of the Equipment

1. Powered by compressed air, the pressure boost is infinitely adjustable, and the output pressure is stable and reliable.

2. Upon reaching the set pressure, no additional energy is consumed; the booster pump automatically stops. If the pressure drops below the set level, the booster pump automatically starts to replenish the pressure.
