Avoid scratching or damaging the elevator's exterior and related lighting, switches, exhaust fans, etc. Any damage incurred must be compensated at the full price. When transporting renovation waste, sand, and other loose materials, be sure to use bags to prevent them from scattering inside the elevator cabin, which could affect the normal operation of the freight elevator.
2. Elevators are prohibited from transporting unauthorized items or overloading. Items must be loaded and unloaded quickly, and the elevator must not be used as a stoppage for extended periods. Materials exceeding 1.2M x 2M in size, or those that are excessively long, wide, or heavy, must not be forcibly transported in the elevator and should be moved via the fire exit. In case of wall damage, compensation or restoration is required.
In the event of an elevator malfunction, please press the alarm button inside the elevator.
In the event of a fire or water leakage in the elevator, do not use the elevator to avoid danger.
5. Renovators must wear temporary access badges. Employees of this building are kindly requested to present their building access badges upon entry. Individuals without badges are prohibited from entering or exiting the building.
All items must be accompanied by a building access permit to be removed from the office tower.
