This series of high-speed and efficient CNC hobbing machines utilizes the involute method principle for the processing of cylindrical straight gears, cylindrical helical gears (shaft gears, disk gears), worm gears, small bevel gears, drum gears, spline shafts, sprockets, timing belt pulleys, and other specific gear types. The main castings of the machine tools are designed with double-walled, high-web structure, and have been verified through finite element analysis, ensuring both the overall rigidity and stability of the machine tools.

• Machining centers are available in three configurations: 5-axis, 6-axis, and 7-axis.

• The toolholder can be hydraulically automatically tensioned and relaxed, facilitating user tool changes and shortening knife adjustment time.

• Both the X and Z axes are equipped with high-rigidity hard rail structures, ensuring the machine tool has exceptional rigidity.

• The C-axis utilizes a high-precision torque motor for direct drive or other transmission methods, ensuring both the precision of the worktable indexing and the cutting torque.

• The Y-axis is driven directly by a decelerator and a servo motor, ensuring precise tooling accuracy, extending the tool life, and simultaneously maintaining the overall cutting rigidity of the machine tool.

• Top-grade guide ways are high-precision linear ways or hard ways, driven by oil cylinders for the movement of the cutting tool, ensuring precise motion of the guide ways and ease of machine adjustment.

• Equipped with a rotating tip to prevent wear on the central hole when using a fixed tip, and enhances the precision of the tip rotation.

• Optional automatic loading and unloading, and chamfering machine automation linkage.
