Medium-sized shelving

Medium-duty Shelves: A type of storage rack, classified as a shelf type. They are differentiated and named based on the load-bearing capacity of the shelves. According to this classification, medium-duty shelves fall between light-duty and heavy-duty shelves, hence the name. Typically, the shelves can bear a load of 150kg to 500kg per shelf (the load-bearing capacity of most shelves is calculated per shelf).

Poles: Cold-rolled steel profile stamping with butterfly holes, horizontal and diagonal bar welding. Beams: P-shaped steel, both ends welded to butterfly hole brackets. Shelves: Cold-rolled steel plate. All surfaces treated with high-temperature electrostatic powder coating. Medium-duty storage racks are composed of poles, beams, and shelves, featuring simple structure, easy assembly and disassembly, and low cost.

Utilizes cold-rolled shaped steel and cold-rolled steel plates, formed through roller welding. The columns are made of special steel profiles, with butterfly holes (tail-like holes) that fit neatly with the components on the beams for easy assembly and disassembly. The butterfly holes are spaced at 65mm intervals, allowing for adjustable layer heights. The layer boards are cold-rolled steel plates, with optional spot welding of reinforced bars beneath to support up to 200-350KG per layer (load capacity varies with material size). The surfaces are all pickled, phosphated, and electrostatically powder coated, heat-treated to bond with the steel plates for aesthetics and lightness, suitable for storage and warehouse needs with lower load requirements. Compatible with plastic storage boxes for storing a variety of small items. Sizes can be customized to meet customer space requirements.
