For ease of packaging and transportation, some components have been disassembled and shipped in separate boxes. These parts must be reassembled according to specifications prior to the equipment's use.

Ensure the appropriate installation location is chosen, with a flat and solid ground surface.

Remove the components and tool box attached to the machine.

Installed the feeding conveyor belt onto the feeding conveyor component bracket, then mounted it to the corresponding position and securely fastened it.

The discharge conveyor belt was installed onto the discharge conveyor component bracket, then securely mounted and supported in the designated position.

Installed pressure feeding mechanism and material feeding belt guard.

Installed material belt cutting blade guard.

Installed touch screen components.

During the trial operation period, it is crucial to closely monitor the equipment for proper functioning and any unusual noises. In the event of such noises, the machine should be immediately shut down for inspection and troubleshooting.
