We specialize in the production of ductile iron pipes, flexible cast iron drainage pipes, ductile iron fittings, and ductile iron manhole covers. Our overall annual production capacity exceeds one million tons. Specifically, the annual production capacity for ductile iron pipes is 500,000 tons, with sizes ranging from DN80mm to DN2600mm; for flexible cast iron drainage pipes, it is 200,000 tons, with sizes from DN50mm to DN300mm; for ductile iron fittings, it is 200,000 tons, with sizes from DN80mm to DN2600mm; and for ductile iron manhole covers, it is 100,000 tons.

Our centrifugally cast ductile iron pipes are produced with advanced technology. After annealing, the outer surface of the pipes is coated with a corrosion-resistant zinc layer. Compliant with the international ISO 8179 standard, we use high-purity zinc wire for thermal melting and curing the coating process, achieving a thickness of 130g per square meter. After inspection by a professional laboratory of the National Standardization Committee, the lifespan can reach 100 years.

In accordance with international standard ISO 4179, ordinary silicate 52.5 cement is selected, with quartz sand as the raw material. The mixture is stirred with drinking water, then dehydrated using a cement centrifuge's high-speed rotation. This allows the cement mortar to solidify and form in the pipe interior wall in a single step. The product is then immediately placed in a steam pool for 8 hours of curing, ensuring it meets higher standards.

External corrosion coatings are controlled according to requirements of ISO 8179 or GB/T 17456, with an average thickness of not less than 70um. Standard measurement cards are used during wet conditions, while coating thickness gauges are employed for dry conditions. The surface of the layer must be uniform and comply with relevant regulations. Depending on different customer requirements, the company currently offers a variety of options, including spray painting, epoxy asphalt coating, epoxy resin coating, and polyurethane coating. Polyurethane is a new type of green special coating developed to meet environmental protection needs, featuring good wear and corrosion resistance, and can achieve double-layer corrosion protection*, thereby doubling the service life of ductile iron pipes in underground environments subjected to humidity corrosion.
