Chain conveyors are conveying devices that use standard chain plates as the load-bearing surface and are powered by a motor reducer. A chain conveyor is composed of components such as the power unit (motor), transmission shaft, drums, tensioning device, chain wheels, chains, bearings, lubricants, and chain plates, among others. The two main parts responsible for conveying materials are the chain, which provides traction power through its reciprocating motion, and the metal plate, which serves as the carrier during the conveying process. By running multiple rows of chain plates in parallel, the width of the chain conveyor can be increased and differential speeds can be achieved, allowing multiple rows of conveyors to become a single row without compression, meeting the single-file requirements of equipment such as labeling, filling, and cleaning. We can design the heads and tails of two chain conveyors in an overlapping mixed-chain configuration to ensure the bottles (tins) are in a dynamic transition state, preventing material buildup on the conveyor line. This setup can accommodate pressure and non-pressure conveyance of both empty and full bottles.
