Structural Steel Workshop Construction Plan
Before installing steel structure factory buildings, the components should first be inspected to ensure they meet the requirements of the drawings in terms of the number, size, shape, position, and diameter of the connecting bolt holes. If the components are in compliance with the drawings, installation operations can begin.
Before the installation of steel structure factory buildings, re-measure and lay out the foundation alignment axes, column foundation elevations, and cup mouth geometric dimensions. Determine the installation benchmark based on the handover list of construction processes from the civil engineering department and the construction drawings, and ensure accurate measurement records are kept.
2. Construction of steel structural workshops must be strictly carried out according to the blueprints. For the design of the blueprints, it is essential to engage a professional engineering company to ensure their rationality. Moreover, construction personnel should be familiar with and understand the content of the blueprints in advance.
The selection of steel structure factory materials primarily includes three types: carbon structural steel, weather-resistant steel for welding, and low-alloy steel. The choice of material depends on the owner's preference and the requirements of the drawings.
3. Steel structural workshops should be installed starting from the columns, with inter-column supports. Begin by installing two steel columns and the inter-column supports to construct the entire frame, followed by the installation of the crane beams and the roof beams.
Before installing and repairing the structural components, the steel crane beams should be calibrated and secured. Deviations in the steel structural components during installation should be corrected promptly to avoid fractures or difficulties in correction during the installation process.
