Hexagonal Wire Mesh Machine, also known as Gabion Mesh Machine or Hexagonal Twisted Mesh Machine, is a specialized equipment for producing hexagonal wire mesh.
The stone笼mesh is extensively used in sea dykes, sand dykes, river embankments, drainage ditches, reservoirs, road and bridge constructions, and other civil engineering projects, particularly providing excellent material conditions for flood prevention and control. It also offers high-quality, affordable, and long-lasting guardrails for our country's expressways; and can also be used for protective fences in zoos, residential windows, and landscaping.
Also suitable for oil, construction, agriculture, chemical industries, pipeline heating, etc.
The LNWL4 stone笼网 machine currently in development features a ball-milled cast iron integral-type drag plate bracket, precision-welded from rectangular tubes and steel plates.
The cage mesh machine frame is assembled from four major components: the upper and lower drag plate mounts, the head box, and the rear support, all utilizing relevant processes and equipment. These four components of the frame are precision-finished on specific equipment through a designated process.
The stone笼machine is equipped with an upper and a lower drag plate. The upper and lower drag plates are respectively installed in the upper and lower drag plate cavity. The semi-gears are installed in the left and right semi-holes of the upper and lower drag plates. Within the inner cavity of the upper and lower drag plates, there are racks for the rotating semi-gears. The racks move forward and backward during machine operation, driving the semi-gears to rotate in both directions. When manufacturing large diameter stone笼mesh, two racks should be set in the upper drag plate cavity to enhance the wrapping force during twisting.
