The current copper-plastic composite belt stamping device features an improved copper-plastic composite belt that enhances stability during stamping, resulting in a smooth surface of the stamped products. This upgrade boosts efficiency and reduces user costs. The reinforced copper-plastic composite belt for double-sided adhesive tape, including the layer of base steel plate, now features an enhanced copper-plastic composite that strengthens the substrate. It is resistant to bending, boasts excellent tear resistance, and is safe and reliable.

The new wear-resistant water conveyance belt, made of copper-plastic composite strips, is a plastic belt reinforced with steel and helical plastics. It features a layer or multiple layers of steel strips or metal perforated plates, with the outer surface of the outer wall having vertical reinforcing ribs that are integrally wrapped with the outer surface in a helical pattern. These reinforcing ribs are composed of steel-plastic strips, while the inner surface of the strip is made up of a wear-resistant plastic layer. The copper-plastic composite strips, a novel material for manufacturing water conveyance belts, consist of an inner surface composed of a wear-resistant plastic layer.

Now, the copper-plastic composite belt used in stamping devices for preventing deformation has improved the stability during stamping, resulting in a smooth surface of the stamped products. This enhancement has increased work efficiency and reduced user costs. Experimental results indicate that the copper-plastic composite belt subjected to tensile testing exhibits minimal effect when the gauge length is increased to a certain extent, showing a gradual decrease in tensile strength of the steel samples and a linear reduction in elongation at break.

Due to the sliding resistance of grain boundaries and the phenomenon of processing hardening, the length linearity of resistance copper-plastic composite tape is positively correlated with the caliper. Now, the cable copper-plastic composite tape, which includes an aluminum foil base layer, a protective layer of metal tape on top of mica paper, and a rib connection method fixed to the application layer, boasts excellent tensile strength and excellent waterproof and insulation protection functions.
