Considerations for Sulfurizing Pressure in a Sulfurimeter
Sulfur AnalyzerThe instrument, widely used in the rubber processing industry for controlling rubber quality, rapid testing, and fundamental research applications, provides data for optimizing rubber formula combinations. It can measure parameters such as rubber curing time, initial curing time, curing rate index, and large and small torques. It displays real-time curing and temperature curves, stores test results, and allows for the comparison of different experimental results in various colors.
Sulfur AnalyzerA series of interlocked functions were implemented in the design, including the closing of plastic glass doors. The mold cannot be closed if the doors are not shut. The mold can only be closed and the work can proceed when the doors are securely closed. A powerful microprocessor utilizes high-quality imported chips. On one hand, the computer and microprocessor can receive signals from torque sensors and record them on a graph. Simultaneously, the computer and control module interface facilitate data exchange and control the temperature of the mold cavity.
Sulfur AnalyzerOne of the widely-used testing instruments for monitoring and controlling product quality in the scientific research and rubber processing industry.
Sulfur AnalyzerThis is a high-tech mechatronics product, primarily composed of the main unit, temperature measurement and control, sensors, large-screen LCD displays, new microcontrollers, printers, and electrical interlocks. The temperature measurement and control circuit is made up of an adaptive high-precision PID temperature controller, a state relay, platinum resistance, and heaters, capable of automatically tracking changes in the external power grid and environmental temperature, and automatically and in real-time adjusting the PID parameters to achieve rapid temperature control. Supported by a new controller and powerful related software, the data acquisition system optimizes and stores the measurement data quickly, allowing for simultaneous viewing of three curves—upper mold temperature, lower mold temperature, and torque—on the large-screen LCD display. Additionally, it measures coking time, normal curing time, curing speed index, and low torque, among others. These curves and related parameters can be printed out, making it an ideal device for the rubber industry to control rubber compound quality, conduct rapid testing, and support fundamental rubber research.
