Our GYZRHM electric high-pressure regulating valve is composed of a PSL series or 3810L series direct-acting electric actuator and a high-pressure regulating valve body. The electric high-pressure cage-type regulating valve is a product developed to address the serious issues of short lifespan, valve stem breakage, and sleeve detachment in regulating valves under severe conditions of high pressure or pressure difference, severe cavitation, and erosion. By using a cage-type throttle design to distribute pressure differences, it reduces cavitation, erosion, and turbulent damage, significantly extending the lifespan of the regulating valve, especially in urea systems where it can increase lifespan by 2-3 times compared to standard high-pressure valves. The electric actuator features an integrated structure with a servo amplifier, input control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC), and power supply to control the valve opening, achieving regulation of pressure, flow rate, level, temperature, and other process parameters. The valve body is a straight-through design with a single-directional valve core, featuring a simple flow path and low resistance, making the electric high-pressure regulating valve particularly suitable for regulating fluids with high viscosity, suspended solids, and particulate matter, which can prevent coking, adhesion, and blockage. The electric high-pressure regulating valve is characterized by its sensitive operation, simple wiring, large flow rate, compact size, and high regulation accuracy.
