Our ZJHF(H) pneumatic diaphragm three-way control valves are composed of a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a three-way分流(合流) valve body. The pneumatic diaphragm actuator boasts low height, light weight, high flow capacity, and easy installation and maintenance. Equipped with an electrical valve positioner or a pneumatic valve positioner, these three-way control valves can achieve automatic regulation and control of process fluid media, widely used in maintaining process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level at set values. The valve core structure features a cylindrical thin-walled window and side guide for the valve core. The valve body is a three-way design, either one inlet and two outlets (pneumatic three-way分流调节阀) or two inlets and one outlet (pneumatic three-way分流调节阀), enabling fluid mixing and temperature rise or drop, or unequal fluid分流, to meet various industrial requirements. The three-way control valve body is characterized by compact structure, light weight, sensitive operation, low pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and easy maintenance. These valves are applied in proportional regulation or bypass regulation, particularly suitable for the regulation of fluid temperature control systems in heat exchangers in the petrochemical industry. One three-way valve can replace two single or double seat valves, occupying less space and saving installation piping and costs.
