Our ZJHS pneumatic piston-type regulating valve is composed of a ZSA(B) type spring piston actuator and a compact single-seat (sleeve) valve body, featuring a lighter and smaller structure, greater thrust, but slightly lower sensitivity. It is equipped with an electric-pneumatic valve positioner or a pneumatic valve positioner, enabling automatic regulation and control of process fluid media, widely used in maintaining process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level at given values. The valve core of the pneumatic piston-type regulating valve features a balanced structure, with a large allowable pressure difference, good vibration resistance, low noise, and excellent stability. It is easy to install and dismantle, and selecting different spring ranges allows for the desired allowable pressure difference. The pneumatic piston-type regulating valve is applied in industrial production process automatic control systems that require low noise, large working pressure difference, limited installation space, or fast response speed.
