Due to the V-shaped structure of the ball core, it exerts a shearing action on the valve seat. Therefore, the electric V-type regulating ball valve is suitable for controlling process parameters in suspension liquid media containing fibers or fine solid particles in industrial enterprises such as papermaking, chemicals, and metallurgy. It is particularly suitable for automatic regulation of fluid media containing suspended particles such as pulp, white water, black liquor, and white liquor in the pulping and papermaking production process, as well as for thick and turbid pulp-like fluid media.
1. The ball core of the electric V-type ball valve, with its V-shaped cut, exerts a shearing action against the metal valve seat, making it particularly suitable for media containing fibers, fine solid particles, slurry, etc.
