The Q641F/H pneumatic flanged ball valve is composed of a high-precision pneumatic actuator and a precision cast ball valve. It is mainly divided into two categories: pneumatic soft-seated ball valves and pneumatic hard-seated ball valves. The pneumatic flanged ball valve boasts advantages such as compact structure, small size, reliable operation, low flow resistance coefficient, good sealing, easy maintenance, convenient installation, and strong adaptability. The pneumatic flanged ball valve can be equipped with a stroke limit switch, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve, and a 0.4-0.7MPa air source to achieve on/off operation, and it also sends out two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the valve's on/off status. Particularly suitable for mediums that are thick, contain particles, or are fibrous in nature, the pneumatic flanged ball valve, along with the pneumatic soft-seated and hard-seated ball valves, is widely used in automatic control systems of industries such as petrochemicals, chemical engineering, educational equipment, light industry, high-pressure equipment, and papermaking, serving for long-distance centralized control or local control.

Pneumatic Flanged Ball Valve - Product Features
(1) Fluid resistance is low, and ball valves are a type of valve with even lower fluid resistance. Even constricted ball valves have relatively low fluid resistance.
(2) Thrust bearings reduce the friction torque on the valve rod, enabling long-term balanced and flexible operation of the valve rod.
(3) The valve seat has excellent sealing performance, utilizing materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene for the seals, which are easy to seal. Moreover, the ball valve's sealing capability increases with the increase in medium pressure.
(4) The valve stem seal is reliable. Since the valve stem only rotates and does not move up and down, the stuffing box seal of the valve stem is less prone to damage, and its sealing capability increases with the increase of the medium's pressure.
(5) Due to the excellent self-lubricating properties of materials like polytetrafluoroethylene, the friction loss with spheres is minimal, thereby extending the service life of ball valves.
(6) The lower valve stem and the stepped head prevent the valve stem from extruding. In case of a fire causing damage to the valve stem seal, the stepped head can still form a metal contact with the valve body, ensuring the stem seal remains intact.
