The ZSHO pneumatic cut-off ball valve is composed of an imported pneumatic actuator and high-quality ball valve, classifying as a pneumatic on-off ball valve. It boasts excellent sealing performance, high flow capacity, simple structure, long service life, and ease of maintenance. The actuator used with the pneumatic cut-off ball valve features a simple, compact design, outstanding performance, and a large output torque. The pneumatic on-off ball valve is also equipped with a stroke limit switch, solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve, and a 0.4-0.7MPa air source for switching operations, while also providing two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the valve's open or closed status. The actuators are available in single-acting and double-acting models. The advantage of the single-acting type is that in case of a power source failure, the pneumatic on-off ball valve will automatically switch to the open or closed position as required by the control system. The pneumatic cut-off ball valve is widely used in industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, light industry, textiles, electricity, food, refrigeration, aviation, aerospace, and papermaking. It is capable of controlling gases, liquids, and steam media, as well as suitable for controlling wastewater and fibrous substances.

Pneumatic Cut-off Ball Valve - Product Features
(1) Fluid resistance is low; ball valves are a type of valve with even lower fluid resistance. Even constricted ball valves have relatively low fluid resistance.
(2) Thrust bearings reduce the friction torque on the valve rod, allowing for long-term smooth and flexible operation of the valve rod.
(3) The valve seat has excellent sealing performance, featuring a sealing ring made of materials like polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) for elasticity. The structure is easy to seal, and the sealing capability of the ball valve increases with the rise in medium pressure.
(4) The valve stem seal is reliable. Since the valve stem only rotates and does not move up or down, the packing seal of the valve stem is less prone to damage, and its sealing capability increases with the increase in the pressure of the medium.
(5) Due to the excellent self-lubricating properties of materials like polytetrafluoroethylene, the friction loss with spheres is minimal, resulting in a long service life for ball valves.
