The VQ640F/H pneumatic V-type ball valve is a high-precision control valve with a right-angle rotation structure, available in both pneumatic V-type regulating ball valves and pneumatic V-type cut-off ball valves. It is paired with a valve positioner for proportional adjustment. When used with a two-position five-way solenoid valve and control box, it can achieve on/off control. The valve core of the pneumatic V-type ball valve is designed with a special V-shaped notch, offering precise flow control and operational functionality. Suitable for various control applications, it boasts a compact structure, small size, and features for close-lay installation. The pneumatic V-type regulating ball valve is ideal for controlling gases, liquids, and solid granular media. Due to the gapless rotation between the valve core and seat, it exhibits high shear force and self-cleaning capabilities, making it particularly suitable for controlling suspensions containing fibrous materials or fine solid particles. Pneumatic V Ball Valve - Product Features
(1) The pneumatic V-ball valve consists of the valve body, pneumatic actuator, and other accessories. It is an advanced control valve with a right-angle rotation structure. The V-ball valve requires no maintenance for a long period, offering a long service life, and provides a true valve for controlling process conditions.
(2) Excellent regulating characteristics: The pneumatic V-ball valve features an approximately linear flow characteristic and a high adjustable ratio of up to 300:1. Therefore, the pneumatic V-ball valve can provide accurate control over a wide range of changes.
(3) Larger Flow Volume: Due to its streamlined shape and full 90-degree turn control, the volume achieves a particularly high maximum value, with exceptional flow capacity and minimal resistance, allowing for the use of smaller, more economical and practical valve sizes.
(4) The pneumatic V ball valve features a double bearing structure, offering high mechanical stability with minimal starting torque, ensuring the valve has excellent sensitivity and response speed.
(5) Enhanced Reliability (Safety): The valve body is a single, robust structure, durable and unaffected by pipeline pressure, and can prevent leakage from the valve body.
(6) Excellent sealing of metal valve seats: The pneumatic V ball valve uses a movable metal valve seat with an assist-compensation function, featuring good sealing properties and an exceptionally long service life. In the flow direction, the leakage amount is 10% of the rated flow coefficient.
(7) Enhanced Cutting Ability: The pneumatic V-ball valve features a metal hard seal structure. During rotation, the V-notch of the valve core and the metal valve seat generate a strong shearing force capable of cutting fibers and other impurities, and it has self-cleaning capabilities to prevent valve sticking.

(9) The pneumatic actuator features a piston cylinder and articulated arm conversion structure, offering a high output torque with a compact size. The cylinder body is made of imported mirror finish cylinder, oil-free lubrication, with a low friction coefficient, corrosion resistance, and strong durability and reliability. All transmission bearings are equipped with boundary self-lubricating bearings for oil-free lubrication, ensuring the drive shaft does not wear.
