Our pneumatic high-pressure ball valves are available in three types: pneumatic high-pressure flanged ball valves, pneumatic welded high-pressure ball valves, and pneumatic high-pressure internal thread ball valves. They are powered by compressed air, and the valve rod drives the valve core to rotate 90° within the valve body, achieving full open to full close operation. They can be controlled and positioned with smart systems, paired with electrical valve positioners, and can be controlled by inputting a 4-20mA DC signal and a 0.4-0.7MPa air source, allowing for adjustment of parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level. Pneumatic high-pressure ball valves are classified into metallic seals and soft seals based on their sealing performance. They offer advantages such as compact structure, small size, reliable operation, good sealing, easy maintenance, convenient installation, and strong adaptability. These ball valves are particularly suitable for media that are viscous, contain particles, or are fibrous. They are widely used in automatic control systems in industries such as petrochemicals, chemical engineering, educational equipment, light industry, high-pressure equipment, and papermaking, for both remote centralized control and local control.
