Our pneumatic high-pressure flanged ball valves are powered by compressed air, with the valve stem driving the valve core to rotate 90° within the valve body, enabling full open to full close operation. They can be controlled and positioned intelligently, compatible with electrical valve positioners, and can be controlled by inputting a 4-20mADC signal and a 0.4-0.7MPa air source. This allows for adjustments of parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level. The Q641N pneumatic high-pressure flanged ball valve is divided into metal-sealed and soft-sealed types based on its sealing performance. These ball valves offer compact structure, small size, reliable operation, good sealing, easy maintenance, convenient installation, and strong adaptability. They are particularly suitable for media that are thick, granular, or fibrous.
