Electrical Lined Butterfly Valve - Product Overview
The butterfly plate of the electrically lined rubber butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. The electrically lined rubber butterfly valve not only boasts excellent corrosion resistance, alkali and salt resistance, and resistance to weak acid erosion, as well as wear and friction reduction properties (which can significantly extend the service life compared to ordinary butterfly valves), but also features non-toxicity, antibacterial properties, and anti-mold characteristics. It also has the outstanding advantages of a small operating torque (reducing by 40% compared to ordinary pin butterfly valves), ease of maintenance, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The electrically lined rubber butterfly valve should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline. It consists of a rubber-sealed butterfly valve, carbon steel or stainless steel valve plate, and valve stem. The electrically lined rubber butterfly valve is suitable for temperature ranges of ≤80-120℃ and is used for regulating flow and截断介质 in pipelines for industries such as food, chemicals, petroleum, electricity, light industry, and papermaking, involving water supply and drainage, as well as gas pipelines. You may also opt for the 3810 series or NA series electro-magnetic angular positioners. The PSQ series or HR series can also be chosen. Valves with a DN600 or greater bore size typically use a 380VAC electric actuator.
