Our D971F electric butterfly valve, developed by our company, is suitable for applications requiring two-way switching (cut-off) control or regulation. The valve structure is divided into metal seal and soft seal designs. The metal seal utilizes a "U"-shaped stainless steel seal ring, which, as a precise elastic seal, makes a three-dimensional eccentric contact with the polished butterfly plate. This design resolves the issue of sliding contact friction at the sealing surface during the 0° to 10° opening and closing process of traditional eccentric butterfly valves. It achieves immediate separation of the sealing surface upon opening and immediate sealing upon closing, thereby extending the service life and improving the sealing performance. The soft seal structure employs a clamped butterfly valve body, lined with fluorine or rubber on its inner wall to ensure complete sealing with the butterfly plate, guaranteeing zero leakage of the medium. Therefore, the electric butterfly valve, electric explosion-proof cut-off valve, and electric PTFE-sealed butterfly valve are widely applied to pipelines carrying corrosive media such as metallurgy, electricity, petroleum, chemicals, air, coal gas, combustible gases, and water supply and drainage, serving as an optimal device for regulating flow and cutting off fluids.
Electromagnetic Butterfly Valve - Product Features
(1) The electric butterfly valve features a simple and compact structure, light weight, easy installation and disassembly, and convenient maintenance.
(2) The electric cutting explosion-proof butterfly valve uses a stainless steel "U"-shaped sealing ring, which has certain elasticity and excellent sealing properties with the butterfly plate, regardless of high or low temperatures.
(3) The three-dimensional eccentricity of the electric butterfly valve is meticulously calculated, resulting in almost no friction between the "U" seal and the butterfly plate. This ensures a long service life and features a tighter closure as it is shut.
(4) The electric cutting explosion-proof butterfly valve's butterfly plate sealing surface is made of surfacing cobalt-based hard alloy, which boasts wear resistance and a long service life.
(5) The electric switch butterfly valve has a simple structure, where "switching" is achieved by simply rotating the valve stem 90°. It offers flexible, convenient, and labor-saving operation, unaffected by the pressure of the medium, and boasts reliable sealing performance.
(6) The electric cutting butterfly valve features high-temperature resistance, low-temperature resistance, and strong corrosion resistance.
