Pneumatic Actuated Butterfly Valve - Product Overview
Our ZJSD pneumatic regulating butterfly valves are composed of imported pneumatic actuators and a three-offset eccentric sealing butterfly valve body. These valves feature a simple and compact structure, easy fabrication for large diameters, self-cleaning action, low pressure drop, and high flow capacity. With the addition of a valve positioner, input control signals (4-20mADC) and a gas source of 0.4-0.7MPa, operation can be controlled. Pneumatic regulating butterfly valves are suitable for adjusting fluids with suspended particles and thick, turbid slurry-like substances. Clean media can be equipped with a valve plate and soft seals (rubber rings, Teflon rings) to minimize leakage (down to zero leakage). For high temperature and high-pressure conditions, a three-offset hard sealing valve body can be chosen. These valves are an optimal device for regulating flow rate and cutting off fluids in automated control systems. Therefore, pneumatic regulating butterfly valves are widely applied to pipelines carrying corrosive media such as metallurgy, electricity, oil, petrochemicals, air, coal gas, combustible gases, and water supply and drainage systems, where the medium temperature is ≤550℃.
Pneumatic Adjusting Butterfly Valve - Product Features
Simple, compact, lightweight, low flow resistance, high flow coefficient, excellent sealing performance. Wide adjustment range. It is the actuator unit of instruments in the automatic control system.
(2) The pneumatic regulating butterfly valve utilizes an electric-gas valve positioner, powered by electrical signals and compressed air. It accepts a 4-20mA DC current signal from the control system. The regulator converts compressed air into a gas source pressure signal for input and output, altering the valve plate's rotation angle (0-90°, any angle), providing good regulation and control of flow rate and other parameters.
(3) The pneumatic actuator utilizes a piston-type cylinder and a crank arm conversion structure, offering a high output torque with a compact size. It features a full-sealed waterproof design for high protection grade. The cylinder body is made of a mirror-type cylinder, oil-free lubrication, with a low friction coefficient, corrosion resistance, and strong durability and reliability. All transmission bearings are equipped with boundary self-lubricating bearings for oil-free lubrication, ensuring the transmission shaft does not wear.
