Pneumatic Cut-off Butterfly Valve - Product Overview
Our pneumatic cutting butterfly valves consist of butterfly valves with a three eccentric metal hard seal structure or a rubber soft seal structure, paired with high-intake pneumatic piston actuators. These valves are suitable for two-way switching and cutting applications, also known as pneumatic switching butterfly valves. Equipped with external stroke limit switches, solenoid valves, triple connections, and a 0.4-0.7MPa air source, they can achieve switching operations and send out two sets of passive contact signals indicating the valve's state. The pneumatic switching butterfly valve operates using compressed air, with the valve stem driving the valve disc to rotate 90 degrees within the valve body, enabling full open to full close action. The valves are categorized by their sealing performance into metal-sealed and soft-sealed types. They feature a compact structure, small size, reliable operation, good sealing, easy maintenance, convenient installation, and strong adaptability. Pneumatic cutting butterfly valves and pneumatic switching butterfly valves are widely used in industrial automatic control systems in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, light industry, papermaking, and automotive, for remote centralized control or local control.
Pneumatic Cut-off Butterfly Valve - Product Features
(1) The pneumatic butterfly valve features a simple and compact structure, light weight, easy installation and disassembly, and convenient maintenance.
(2) The pneumatic cutting butterfly valve uses a stainless steel "U" type sealing ring, which has certain elasticity and maintains excellent sealing properties with the butterfly plate, regardless of high or low temperatures.
(3) The three-dimensional eccentricity of the pneumatic butterfly valve is calculated precisely, resulting in minimal friction between the "U" seal and the butterfly plate, ensuring a long service life and the feature of becoming tighter with each closure.
(4) The pneumatic cutting butterfly valve features a sealing surface made of surfacing cobalt-based hard alloy, which offers excellent wear resistance and a long service life.
(5) The pneumatic butterfly valve has a simple structure, and the "on/off" operation is achieved by simply rotating the valve stem 90°. It offers flexible, convenient, and effortless operation, unaffected by the pressure levels of the medium, and boasts reliable sealing performance.
(6) The pneumatic cut-off butterfly valve features high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, and strong corrosion resistance.
