Our D671F46 pneumatic fluorinated polytetrafluoroethylene-lined butterfly valve features a butterfly plate lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) having a spherical sealing surface. The pneumatic fluorinated butterfly valve is easy to operate, boasts tight sealing performance, and has an exceptionally long service life; it can be used for quick cut-off or flow regulation. The pneumatic fluorinated butterfly valve is suitable for applications requiring reliable sealing and excellent regulating characteristics. The valve body is designed in a split-type, with the sealing at both ends of the valve shaft controlled by the rotating base surface between the butterfly plate and the valve seat, utilizing fluororubber; this ensures that the valve shaft does not come into contact with the fluid medium inside the valve. The pneumatic fluorinated butterfly valve is widely used in various types of industrial pipelines for the transportation of liquids and gases (including steam), including in environments with severely corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, chlorine gas, strong alkalis, and aqua regia, which are highly corrosive.
Fully lined butterfly valves with PTFE (F4), PTFE (F3), and F46 PTFE, offering corrosion resistance, no leakage, and long service life. The lined PTFE pneumatic butterfly valves are suitable for concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, various organic acids, strong acids, oxidizing media, as well as high-temperature oleum, high-temperature concentrated acetic acid, alternating acid and alkali, and a variety of organic solvents and other highly corrosive media.
