Electric actuated butterfly valves are a type of electric valve and electric control valve. The main connection methods include flanged and wafer type. These butterfly valves have a simple structure, small size, and light weight, consisting of only a few parts. They can be quickly opened or closed by a 90° rotation, making operation easy. Additionally, electric actuated butterfly valves offer excellent fluid control characteristics. They are important actuating units in the field of industrial automation control. These valves are powered by an AC220V source and adjust their actions by receiving a 4-20mA signal preset by the industrial automation control system. Electric actuated butterfly valves are primarily used for controlling flow, pressure, and temperature in various industrial automation production pipelines.
Electromagnetic regulating butterfly valves, electronic electric regulating butterfly valves, and explosion-proof electric regulating butterfly valves are widely used in the adjustment of mediums in gas, steam, and liquid transmission pipelines in production departments such as petrochemicals, chemical industry, papermaking, metallurgy, and wastewater treatment.

Product Features
(1) Pneumatic regulating butterfly valves are powered by electrical signals and compressed air, accepting 4-20mA DC current signals from the control system. The regulator converts compressed air into a gas source pressure signal for input and output, adjusting the valve plate's rotation angle (0-90° at any angle), offering excellent control over flow rate and other parameters.
(2) The pneumatic actuator utilizes a piston cylinder and articulated arm conversion structure, offering a high output torque with a compact size. It features a full-sealed and waterproof design for high protection grade. The cylinder body is made of a mirror finish cylinder, oil-free lubrication, with a low friction coefficient, corrosion resistance, and excellent durability and reliability. All transmission bearings are equipped with boundary self-lubricating bearings for oil-free lubrication, ensuring the transmission shaft does not wear.
