November 9, 2019, the colorful Family Day event of Jiangsu Jinfangyuan CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the South Plant. Over 700 employees and their families participated in this vibrant and diverse activity.
On Saturday morning, with the sun shining brightly, the atmosphere at the event site of Jiangsu Jinfangyuan South Plant was as lively as summer, despite it being the second day after the Winter Solstice. The site was adorned with colorful lights and banners waving, exquisite backdrop displays, and impressive large-scale inflatable event structures. The plant was bustling with people, creating a lively and vibrant scene.
Around 9 a.m., amidst melodious music, employees and their relatives陆续 entered the venue for registration. Each person could choose from a variety of seven-color clay to leave their fingerprint on the sign-in board. In Hollywood, leaving a fingerprint on the Walk of Fame is the ultimate honor for a movie star who has achieved fame and success. Today, all employees and their families are the big stars of Jin Fangyuan!
Upon check-in, each family takes a photo in front of the hollow, quirky figurine sculptures, sharing it on their social media circles. This is a big hit with bigwigs from the political, business, and entertainment circles, earning them a lot of face!
Next, under the guidance of the tour guide, family members toured the factory's exhibition hall. Here, they were able to see for the first time the various advanced machine tools and automated production lines of Jiangsu Jinfangyuan, including CNC punching production lines with automatic loading and unloading of materials, laser cutting machine production lines, and CNC bending production lines, among others. Employees had the opportunity to directly introduce their work to their loved ones, explaining the functions of the different machine tools, as well as Jiangsu Jinfangyuan's impressive achievements in both domestic and international markets.
In the brightly lit exhibition hall, the elderly and children may not have understood how the complex machines are produced or where they are used, but they were truly captivated by the clean and grand scene. They felt not only the sense of accomplishment from working to support their families but also the honor and pride of engaging in this sacred profession. The mischievous boys even wanted to peek into the workshop to experience the fun of assembling machine tools, but that was not allowed as there were aunts and uncles busy completing production tasks. It was best to return to the activity area and collect gifts from the clown uncle, where they could enjoy various games like painting, bouncy castles, super basketball, claw machines, slides with ocean balls, and a fun Angry Birds fishing pool. The company's organization was thoughtful, with games suitable for all ages, ensuring that every child had a great time.
At precisely ten o'clock, all personnel gathered in the central stage area of the factory. Mr. Wu Qingshan, General Manager of Jiangsu Jinfangyuan, and Mr. MAYER, Chairman, delivered brief speeches, expressing gratitude to all employees for their diligent efforts over the years, acknowledging the selfless support of their families, wishing the children robust growth, and the elderly good health and a peaceful retirement.
The speech concluded, and with the help of a photographer's drone, a family portrait that marked a first in the history of Jinfangyuan was captured.
Then, a variety of colorful activities commenced. The children's favorite puppet show finally took the stage, where the tiny puppets amazed everyone with their ever-changing faces, leaving the audience mystified by the intricacies they couldn't quite decipher.
As the performance came to an end, it was time for the tea break. Both adults and children, having played themselves hungry, could indulge in a variety of delicious treats, including cheese cakes, puddings, egg tarts, sausages, burgers, pizzas, steaks, strawberry mousse, and bacon rolls.
After the snack, the parent-child competition kicked off, with the entire family, young and old, participating. Activities like the Giant's Steps, Caterpillar Dash, Invincible Wind and Fire Wheel, and Ball Carry were both fun and intense. The athletes on the field worked together, while the cheering sections off the field shouted their support, pushing the atmosphere to new heights with each round.
After the competition ended, the entire family enjoyed a sumptuous lunch in the bright and clean cafeteria, and the children, each holding their gifts from the games and competition, reluctantly left the factory.
On the day after the event ended, colleagues kept approaching the company's event planning department, saying, "Our kids aren't tired of playing yet, when is the next event?"
A colleague commented, "My son said assembling robots is not fun; he wants to play with machine tools instead. Please reserve a spot for me when you recruit next time, and I'll intern during the winter vacation!" Haha, it seems that the spirit of our Jinfangyuan's business is being passed down from generation to generation, with a new generation joining in!
