The 18th China International Industrial Fair, held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, successfully concluded on November 5th.

This industrial fair is themed around "Innovation, Intelligence, and Green," focusing on the key development field of "Made in China 2025." Our company has brought an even more intelligent production line system in line with this theme.

The system is primarily composed of a CNC turret punch press, a material feeding system for the punch press, a CNC bending machine, and robots. It automatically feeds material to the punch press for processing, and once the stamping is complete, the robots automatically pick up the parts for bending on the bending machine and stack them. The entire process is fully automated by the machine tools, saving a significant amount of labor and greatly enhancing efficiency. The turret punch press is a dual-electric servo CNC turret punch press with a punching frequency of up to 1,000 times per minute, boasting features such as high speed, low noise, no need for hydraulic oil, and energy-saving. The bending machine is a hybrid power bending machine, utilizing a servo motor connected to a pump, so the motor only operates during the bending action, significantly reducing energy consumption. Additionally, the volume of the hydraulic oil tank has been greatly reduced, saving hydraulic oil and fully aligning with today's energy-saving and environmentally friendly production concepts.

Additionally, our company showcased the TFC disc laser cutting machine at the event, which is equipped with a genuine Trumpf TruDisk four-kilowatt disc laser generator. The machine boasts an acceleration of 2G and a positioning speed of 169 meters per minute, capable of cutting materials like brass and copper with high reflectivity.
