Solvent-free epoxy anti-corrosion paint

I. Product Introduction:

Our solvent-free epoxy corrosion-resistant coatings are a series of products, including solvent-free epoxy coal tar pitch coating, solvent-free epoxy corrosion-resistant coating, and solvent-free epoxy polyamide corrosion-resistant coating. The solvent-free epoxy coal tar pitch coating is composed of epoxy resin, coal tar pitch, active diluent, pigments, additives, and new curing agents. The solvent-free epoxy corrosion-resistant coating is mainly composed of epoxy resin, fillers, active diluent, and additives, with the curing agent as the B component. The solvent-free epoxy polyamide corrosion-resistant coating consists of epoxy resin, polyamide resin, quartz powder, and other fillers, active diluents, with the polyamide curing agent as the B component. These three products are all two-component, room temperature curing coatings.

II. Product Features

1. This product is solvent-free, meaning it contains no volatile solvents, meeting environmental protection standards. All components (including viscosity regulators) can be converted into a protective coating. One coat can achieve a thickness of over 100um, suitable for heavy-duty anti-corrosion projects.

2. Room temperature application, self-curing, easy to install, can be applied manually or mechanically, especially suitable for on-site use.

3. This product is a high-performance anticorrosive coating, featuring a smooth, dense, and hard finish with strong adhesion. It is resistant to salt and alkali, seawater, soil microbial corrosion, and plant root penetration. When used in combination with glass fiber cloth, the coating enhances the mechanical properties of the anticorrosive layer.

4. Excellent construction performance, forms a thicker film in one application, saving construction costs.

5. Solvent-free epoxy coal tar pitch anti-corrosion coating, with the addition of coal tar pitch, exhibits a significant inhibitory effect on bacterial proliferation in water or soil.

Section 3: Product Applications:

Primarily used for the anti-corrosion treatment of the inner and outer walls of buried or submerged steel pipes, cast iron pipes, and concrete pipes (including oil, gas, water, and heat transfer pipelines), also suitable for the anti-corrosion of steel storage tanks, various steel structures, ships, sluices, oil refining and chemical plant equipment, as well as the anti-corrosion and leakage-proof treatment of sewage pools, rooftop waterproofing layers, and basement concrete layers.
