I. Product Description IPN8710-2B Corrosion-Resistant Coating is a two-component paint, with the A component base material consisting of resin and initiator, and the B component base material consisting of active monomers and catalysts. When the A and B components are mixed in equimolar quantities, the three networks interpenetrate at the molecular level to form an interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) structure, generating a synergistic effect. The resulting network features strong adhesion, good flexibility, and resistance to acidic, alkaline, and saline corrosive media. It further enhances the coating's toughness, strength, adhesion, impermeability, and chemical inertness, resulting in better film performance. By forming IPN, the properties of high polymers are improved, representing a new type of polymer blending technology. Section II: Application Scope Internal and external corrosion protection coatings for drinking water pipes, and for the interior and exterior walls of water tanks. Structural steel corrosion protection coatings for the interior and exterior surfaces of gas cylinders, pipeline fittings, oil storage tanks, and oil pipelines. III. Key Features Film coating, strong adhesion, easy to apply, quick drying, with excellent resistance to acid, alkali, and salt corrosion, as well as superior water, oil, and weather resistance. IV.
