The shrinkable sleeve series is designed for anti-corrosion and thermal insulation of welding joints on buried and overhead steel pipelines, as well as for thermal insulation joints. It can also be used for sealing and anti-corrosion at pipeline flange connections and lock band areas.

It is composed of a sealed hot melt adhesive composite made from radiation crosslinked polyolefin base material, which can form a good bond with polyethylene base material, steel pipe surfaces, and solid epoxy coatings.

Heat-shrinkable sleeves, when heated for installation, undergo radial contraction while the internal adhesive layer melts, tightly wrapping around the joint. This forms a robust protective barrier against corrosion on the outside of the pipe, featuring excellent wear and corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and good resistance to UV and photoaging.

Heat Shrink Tube Specifications

The product is applicable to all steel pipes with diameters ranging from DN25 to DN2000. The base material thickness ranges from 1.0 to 2.0mm, and the adhesive layer thickness is from 0.8 to 2.0mm.
