1. Product Introduction

Pipe Corrosion Repair Sheets are specifically designed and developed to repair the polyethylene anti-corrosion coating of steel pipes. The repair sheets are composed of a radiation cross-linked polyolefin base material and a special sealant hot-melt adhesive. During installation, the sheets are heated to melt the special hot-melt adhesive coating, forming a tight bond with the repair area, integrating with the original pipe's polyethylene exterior anti-corrosion layer, uniformly covering the pipe surface to create a continuous and tight anti-corrosion system. This system can resist soil stress, hydrostatic pressure, cathodic disbonding, chemical corrosion, and fungal侵蚀, providing long-term and effective protection for steel pipes. The repair sheets are mainly used for repairing damages to the polyethylene exterior anti-corrosion layer of double and triple anti-corrosion pipes during transportation, inspection, and construction, such as point injuries and linear scratches less than 100mm square on localized areas. Repair Sticks are pure hot-melt adhesive rods, used in conjunction with the repair sheets or for minor碰伤 points.

3. Patch width: 200mm, customizable according to specific requirements, ranging from 150-250mm.

4. Patch length: 300mm, other lengths available upon request, or you can cut to your desired length up to 25M.

5. Base material thickness for repair: 1.2mm. Can be customized as per specific requirements, 1.2-1.5mm.

6. Repair patch hot melt adhesive thickness: 0.8mm, available for customization; typically 0.8-1.0mm.
