Polypropylene reinforced fiber tape

Usage Instructions:

(1) Steel Pipe Surface Treatment: Remove rust, slag, burrs, oil, dirt, and maintain cleanliness and dryness.

(2) Priming: Use the matching primer, keep away from fire sources when applying, mix well, and apply evenly using a clean brush, roller, or other mechanical methods. Primer consumption: Manual application 12㎡/L, mechanical application 20㎡/L.

(3) Apply tape after the undercoat has dried to the touch (usually 5-10 minutes later).

(4) Trench Backfilling: Trench can be backfilled upon passing quality inspection and acceptance.

(5) This tape uses asphalt-modified adhesive, so it must be heated and wrapped with a torch during winter or low-temperature application to meet technical specifications.

Transportation and Storage:

Tape is used to protect against sun exposure, rain, and prevent damage and deformation during transportation.

(2) In case of extreme freezing below 5°C during transportation or storage, the product must be stored at around 20°C for 48 hours before application.

(3) Store in a cool, dry environment with temperatures between 10-30°C, and keep the temperature below 75°C. The storage period is 12 months, and ensure it is kept away from heat sources and open flames.
