This testing machine is produced and manufactured using electro-hydraulic servo technology. It employs an electro-hydraulic servo linear actuator as the force application method, transferring torque to the test sleeve via a force arm to complete the main components of the torsional fatigue test, such as the following:

II. Explanation of Main Technical Parameters:
1. Actuator: The servo actuator with unified, standardized, and modular design features low damping, high responsiveness, long lifespan, and a large gap design.
1.1 All sealing elements of the servo actuator are made of imported high-speed sealing elements specifically for servo actuators.
1.2 The servo actuator piston rod support breaks the traditional design, utilizing non-metallic support and large gap design, featuring high-speed, non-caking, and self-lubricating properties.

2.3 Low Noise: The straight-line internal gear pump boasts exceptional characteristics with its special gear design, featuring a straight gear profile and a straight involute profile of the gear ring. It operates with minimal trapped oil areas, maintaining a stable and peaceful audio even at high speeds.
2.4 Longevity: The long service life of the inline gear pump with integral meshing gears is due to its durability. An oil film protective layer exists between the internal mechanical surfaces and functional parts, resulting in minimal wear. Even when using general hydraulic oil, the components are not easily worn out.
