Maintenance Tip:

After approximately 2 months of equipment use (based on actual usage frequency), lubricant should be applied to the rotating parts once.

2. Conduct a monthly inspection of the pinion shaft operating condition. If loose pins or screws are found, they must be tightened immediately to prevent accidents caused by pinion shaft or screw detachment.

3. Hydraulic oil should be kept clean and replaced every 6 months.

Always raise the safety prop when performing maintenance, repair, and cleaning on the hydraulic lift.
