详情描述
I. Product Applications and Usage Range of the 2X Type Scroll Vacuum Pumps:
1. The 2X type scroll vacuum pump is a fundamental equipment used to evacuate gases from specific sealed containers, enabling the containers to achieve a certain degree of vacuum. With the rapid development of modern science and technology, vacuum pump applications are widespread across various scientific fields and institutions, serving industries such as metallurgy, chemicals, light industry, petroleum, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, dyeing and printing, electronics, electrical vacuum technology, semiconductors, food, atomic energy, and textiles. These pumps are utilized by scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, and industrial and mining enterprises for research, production, and educational purposes.
2. Due to the fact that scroll vacuum pumps are made of black metal and are quite precise, the entire operation of the pump is interconnected. Therefore, scroll vacuum pumps are not suitable for removing black metal that is corroded by gases with high oxygen content, toxic, explosive, or those that chemically react with vacuum oil. They are also not to be used as compressors or delivery pumps. Pumps equipped with gas traps can remove certain amounts of condensable vapor.
3. Scroll vacuum pumps can be used to directly achieve vacuum levels below 10^-3 torr for vacuum operations, as well as for配合 other vacuum operations.
4. Scroll vacuum pumps are generally used in environments with room temperatures not below 5°C and relative humidity not exceeding 90%.
Section 2: Structure and Principle of the 2X Type Scroll Vacuum Pump
Figure 1 illustrates the principle diagram of a scroll vacuum pump. Rotors 3 and 7 are tangent to the high vacuum chamber 1 and the low vacuum chamber 6. Rotors 3 and 7 rotate in the direction of the arrows, driving the scroll blades within the rotor slots to rotate. Due to the action of spring 9 and centrifugal force, the outer end of the scroll blades slides tightly against the inner surfaces of the high and low vacuum chambers. This separates the crescent-shaped space formed between the rotor and the high and low vacuum chambers from the inlet 2 to the exhaust valve 5 and from the exhaust pipe 4 to the exhaust valve 10, creating two or three volumes that periodically change in size. As the scroll vacuum pump continues to rotate as shown, volumes A and C gradually increase, drawing the gas into the pump through the inlet, while volumes B and D gradually decrease, increasing pressure. Subsequently, the exhaust valves 5 and 10 are opened, expelling the gas to the vacuum chamber outside. The gas passes through the oil surface and is released into the atmosphere, as the oil covers the exhaust valves, preventing the gas from returning to the vacuum chamber. When the suction pressure is high, both the high and low vacuum chamber valves exhaust, acting as a single-stage pump. When the vacuum level is high, all the gas enters the vacuum chamber and is then expelled through the exhaust valve 10, at which point the two-stage series becomes a two-stage pump.
