The X Series single-stage scroll vacuum pump is a groundbreaking new product in China, capable of removing large amounts of steam. Thanks to its built-in oil regeneration unit and reliable gas trap, it extends the lifespan of the pump oil. It serves as the basic equipment for obtaining vacuum by extracting gas from sealed containers, and is suitable for the manufacturing of electronic devices, vacuum drying, filtration, immersion, coating, welding, smelting, and laboratory equipment.

Features:

1. The XD series single-stage vacuum pumps offer higher ultimate vacuum. For slide valve vacuum pumps, noise can be controlled by adjusting the silencing needle valve. Due to the small eccentric mass of the rotor and the balancing performed on it, the vibration is minimal.

2. The X series scroll vacuum pumps offer high exhaust efficiency.

3. The X series scroll vacuum pump exhibits excellent gas trapping performance.

The X Series scroll vacuum pumps are equipped with a specially designed gas trap that can infuse dry gas into the exhaust chamber, significantly reducing the partial pressure of steam in the exhaust gas. When it falls below the saturated steam pressure at the pump temperature, it can be discharged along with the incoming air, thus preventing condensation within the pump.

4. The X series scroll vacuum pumps are equipped with a temperature-controlled water volume regulating valve.

During operation, by adjusting the water pressure with the pump's own equipment as mentioned above, the pump temperature can be set to 75°C ± 5°C, thereby increasing the discharge temperature of the pump, but the pump temperature should not exceed 80°C (temperature measurement point at the oil tank).

5. The X series scroll vacuum pumps come with an oil-water separator.

It allows impurities and sediments in the pumped oil to accumulate at the bottom of the oil-water separator, which can then be drained out of the pump via a drain valve installed at the bottom.
