I. Product Overview:


The CQG high-temperature magnetic pump, in response to the modernization needs of China's petrochemical facilities, has developed products in line with international advanced standards according to API 610 specifications to quickly adapt to equipment upgrades focused on energy-saving. Recently, in collaboration with experts in the pump industry, our unit has jointly researched, discussed, and invented the CQG series of high-temperature magnetic drive pumps that have reached international advanced levels, filling a domestic gap.


II. Product Applications:


The CQG high-temperature magnetic pump is used for the transportation of special petroleum, dyeing and dyeing raw materials, and their high-temperature media in the petrochemical and chemical industries, as well as other places.


III. Key Features:


The CQG high-temperature magnetic pump is designed with high reliability, long service life, and high degree of versatility. Also known as a shaftless pump, the magnetic drive pump replaces dynamic seals with static seals, ensuring that the pump's flow components are completely sealed. Due to the use of magnetic couplings for transmission, it can overcome the issues of leakage, dripping, and seeping that traditional mechanical pumps with mechanical seals could not solve.

The shaftless pump is the only pump with zero leakage, as this type of pump has no shaft seal.
