I. Product Overview:


The CQR type pipeline magnetic pump is a new type of pipeline pump developed by our company based on our experience in designing and manufacturing horizontal magnetic pumps. It combines the features of the ISG type pipeline centrifugal pump with the advantages of magnetic chemical pumps, making it the latest generation of leak-free pipeline centrifugal pump.


II. Product Features:


1. The CQR type pipeline magnetic pump operates leak-free, capable of transporting flammable, explosive, highly toxic, and corrosive media.

2. High-quality materials; the pump body, impeller, isolation sleeve, and other flow components are all made of premium stainless steel.

3. The sleeve is made of highly wear-resistant silicon carbide and tungsten carbide, the sliding bearing uses carbon stone M106K, and lubrication grooves are set to effectively ensure the pump's service life.

4. Vertical installation with a compact structure and minimal footprint.

5. Low vibration, minimal noise, and exceptionally smooth operation.

6. The majority of components of the CQR type magnetic pump are interchangeable with those of the CQB series magnetic pumps, with the pump's performance being identical to the CQB series; flow rate ranges from 3.2 to 100 m³/h; head from 20 to 80m; power from 0.75 to 75Kw.
