Features and Applications of ZJ Series Roots Vacuum Pumps:


The ZJ series Roots vacuum pumps are primarily composed of a pair of synchronized high-speed rotating "8" shaped rotors and two semicircular pump cavities. This pump cannot be used for exhaust alone and must be used in series with a primary pump (such as a slide valve pump, scroll pump, water ring pump, oil ring pump, etc.). Installing the ZJ series Roots vacuum pump in series before the intake of the primary pump can enhance the vacuum level of the primary pump and significantly increase the gas extraction rate within an effective range. The ultimate pressure of the Roots vacuum pump is determined by the primary pump, with the data in the table representing the lowest ultimate pressure at the standard configuration (paired with a two-stage oil-sealed mechanical vacuum pump). Roots pumps are widely used in vacuum casting, vacuum melting, vacuum degassing, vacuum coating industries, as well as in vacuum distillation and vacuum drying in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The ZJ series Roots vacuum pumps are insensitive to small amounts of dust.
